JULY Value: Virtual Office Website (VOW) Terms of Use (version 2026-07-15.1)

1. Brokerage relationship. JULY Value is operated by JULY Realty Inc., a licensed
real estate brokerage in British Columbia. By registering, you enter a lawful
broker and consumer relationship with JULY Realty Inc. for the purpose of
receiving real estate brokerage services, including access to sold and pending
sale information sourced from MLS systems.

2. Permitted use. MLS sold and pending data displayed to you is for your personal,
non commercial use in connection with considering the purchase, sale, or valuation
of real estate. You may not redistribute, scrape, resell, or republish this data.

3. Accuracy. Valuations produced by JULY Value are automated estimates, not
appraisals, and must not be relied on as a substitute for a professional appraisal
or advice from a licensed professional.

4. Privacy. We collect your name, email address, consent record (including this
text, a timestamp, and your IP address) as required to operate a compliant VOW.
We never display the names of buyers or sellers. See our Privacy Policy for
retention details.

5. Termination. JULY Realty Inc. may terminate VOW access for misuse. You may
delete your account at any time, which ends the brokerage relationship created by
this registration.
