Privacy Policy

JULY Value is operated by JULY Realty Inc., a licensed real estate brokerage in British Columbia. We collect only what the service needs and we never sell your information to anyone.

What we collect

Your email address when you sign in; your name, consent record (the exact terms text, a timestamp, and your IP address) when you complete VOW registration, as BC real estate rules require; the properties you track and the adjustments you save; and standard server logs kept briefly for security.

What we show

Property records and valuations reference addresses and public records. We never display the names of buyers, sellers, or owners.

Emails

We send sign-in links, reports you request, and value alerts for properties you track. Every alert can be turned off, and deleting your account ends everything.

Your rights

Under PIPA and PIPEDA you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time: write to value@july.ca. Deleting your account removes your tracked properties, adjustments, and consent record.

Where data lives

Application data is stored in Canada (ca-central-1). Transactional email is delivered by Brevo. Payment card details for API credits are handled entirely by Helcim and never touch our servers.
